A Journey to Overcome Weakness

My name is Melina, I'm 18 and i've been crossfitting since December of 2011. Since then I've become completely addicted to the lifestyle and community.

My love of food has grown exponentially since I started eating (mostly) paleo (most of the time).

So here's some stuff I find interesting, inspiring, or would just like to eat.

Lunch?

A salad, Paleo grits (cauliflower, almond meal and vegetable broth), and crispy prosciutto chips that taste just like bacon, but fancier.

Carrots
Sauteed broccoli
Feta cheese
Hardboiled eggs
Chickpeas
Tiny gherkins
Basil vinaigrette (to be added later)
