I want to start posting more of the food that I make. I love cooking, food history, and trying new things. I’m always collecting and trying out paleo recipes, and I’d like to share the successes and failures with people who may find that useful.

Tired today from having a sleep over. I feel like I’ve been cooking and cleaning for two days straight. Last night I made some Asian style meatballs and sauteed napa cabbage (recipes from nomnompaleo.tumblr.com), plus fried rice for my friends and the custard. This morning was roasted sweet potatoes, eggs and turkey bacon. And now I’m having turkey meatloaf that my mom made. Good weekend for food.
I need to make something with pumpkin.

Ok, I’m gonna fess up. I haven’t been eating well at all the past week. Sugar here, sugar there, sugar everywhere. I’ve been trying to deal mentally with myself and my mindset has been up and down and all over the place. But that happened and my goal now is to accept it and move on. I enjoyed my ice cream, chocolate and gluten free graham crackers. It was fun. But we live in the now, and right now is a protein shake, wheat grass juice and tons of water.
