A Journey to Overcome Weakness

My name is Melina, I'm 18 and i've been crossfitting since December of 2011. Since then I've become completely addicted to the lifestyle and community.

My love of food has grown exponentially since I started eating (mostly) paleo (most of the time).

So here's some stuff I find interesting, inspiring, or would just like to eat.

WOD

We did about 15 minutes of the P90X plyo video in gym class. But when I went to the box and got serious I did

2 max plank holds (3 minutes, 2 minutes)

21-15-9

Power cleans (75 lbs)

Ring dips (1 red band)

Finished in 8:38

Then did 

3x5 back squat (145)

Good times.
