A Journey to Overcome Weakness

My name is Melina, I'm 18 and i've been crossfitting since December of 2011. Since then I've become completely addicted to the lifestyle and community.

My love of food has grown exponentially since I started eating (mostly) paleo (most of the time).

So here's some stuff I find interesting, inspiring, or would just like to eat.

WOD

Strength:

Deadlift 3x5 (115, 135, 185)

Max reps chin ups (8,5,5)

Metcon:

10 rounds

Every minute do 10 KB swings (45 lbs)

During the remaining time jump as much rope as possible 

Rest 30 seconds after each round

Finished with 664 singles.

Not super hard. Challenging, but not too challenging. Possibly could have gone heavier, but I’ve never worked with a 55 lb kettlebell before at all. So next time I’ll try one.
