Man, push ups are so much harder after dips. I went a little light on the thrusters (RX was 75) but that helped me actually make it through the rest of it. It would have made the push ups and dips so much slower. And I pushed myself hard, PR’d on the deadlifts (which have been progressing steadily). So I feel good tonight.
