A Journey to Overcome Weakness

My name is Melina, I'm 18 and i've been crossfitting since December of 2011. Since then I've become completely addicted to the lifestyle and community.

My love of food has grown exponentially since I started eating (mostly) paleo (most of the time).

So here's some stuff I find interesting, inspiring, or would just like to eat.

Strength:

Bench press 3x5 (85)

3x max pull ups (7,5,4)

Metcon:

2 minute amrap 

Overhead lsquats (45 lbs)

then

3 sets  

500 m row

3 minutes rest in between

Did 40 squats

rowing times were 2:03.6, 2:02.9, 2:07.9

I felt like I might puke afterwards. Not too bad, but it was enough to make me just wanna sit down.

It was awesome.
