A Journey to Overcome Weakness

My name is Melina, I'm 18 and i've been crossfitting since December of 2011. Since then I've become completely addicted to the lifestyle and community.

My love of food has grown exponentially since I started eating (mostly) paleo (most of the time).

So here's some stuff I find interesting, inspiring, or would just like to eat.

3x5 bench press (85)

Metcon:

10 minute AMRAP of

10 ring rows

10 burpees

10 overhead walking lunges (25 lbs)

Finished 5 rounds. Pushed myself, felt good.
