A Journey to Overcome Weakness

My name is Melina, I'm 18 and i've been crossfitting since December of 2011. Since then I've become completely addicted to the lifestyle and community.

My love of food has grown exponentially since I started eating (mostly) paleo (most of the time).

So here's some stuff I find interesting, inspiring, or would just like to eat.

Warmup:

1 mile Indian run 

Clean and jerk progression w/ just barbell

C&J 

2x3 @ 65 % of 1RM (75 lbs)

2x3 @ 70% (80)

1x3 @ 75% (85)

1x3 @ 85% (95)

Then 

snatch progression w/ 22 lb barbell

Squat snatch

2x3 @ 65% (52)

2x3 @ 70 (62)

1x3 @ 75 (67)

1x3 @ 80 (72)

Saw one of my coaches that I haven’t seen in a while, and he said my form looks so much better than at the beginning of the summer.
