A Journey to Overcome Weakness

My name is Melina, I'm 18 and i've been crossfitting since December of 2011. Since then I've become completely addicted to the lifestyle and community.

My love of food has grown exponentially since I started eating (mostly) paleo (most of the time).

So here's some stuff I find interesting, inspiring, or would just like to eat.

12 minute amrap of

250 m row

10 ring dips (1 red band)

10 push ups

Finished 3+5 push ups. 

My arms just gave out on the push ups. The last two rounds I ended up doing 5, then 2, 1, 1, 1. 

I was left trembling and feeling inadequate.
