A Journey to Overcome Weakness

My name is Melina, I'm 18 and i've been crossfitting since December of 2011. Since then I've become completely addicted to the lifestyle and community.

My love of food has grown exponentially since I started eating (mostly) paleo (most of the time).

So here's some stuff I find interesting, inspiring, or would just like to eat.

WOD

Find 5RM overhead squat (80 lbs)

Then max reps of 

1 minute wallball (15 lbs)-25 reps

2 minute rest

1 minute push press (65 lbs)- 15 reps

2 minute rest

1 minute row- 260 m

2 minute rest

1 minute burpees- 20 reps

Did it all Rx, pushed myself, and I’m feeling good again today.
