A Journey to Overcome Weakness

My name is Melina, I'm 18 and i've been crossfitting since December of 2011. Since then I've become completely addicted to the lifestyle and community.

My love of food has grown exponentially since I started eating (mostly) paleo (most of the time).

So here's some stuff I find interesting, inspiring, or would just like to eat.

Love it if ya love it, but feel free to ditch it if you’re simply feeling obligated to move, lose fat or that wonderfully vague goal of “get in shape.” So many better ways…
