My name is Melina, I'm 18 and i've been crossfitting since December of 2011. Since then I've become completely addicted to the lifestyle and community.
My love of food has grown exponentially since I started eating (mostly) paleo (most of the time).

Notice how she does this with every possible distraction, yet keeps her concentration.
This is honestly incredible, her core and balance put almost any bboy to shame. I’ll say it again, this is incredible.
Must watch! This is by far one of the most amazing things I have come across on tumblr, I think I just fell in love with her. What amazing core strength she has.
