My challenge for may
Is to not eat any processed sugar.
I already eat pretty clean and my sugar intake in general is usually pretty low, especially compared to most people my age. But I have a problem with saying no to chocolate, or an occasional third of a flan. And, as is well known here, sugar is addictive. When I start, I can’t stop. I know I feel much better when I eat totally clean, but my brain does not always work in logical ways.
SO.
I’m quitting the sugar, no exceptions. I’m tired of this bullshit.
