I used a 42 pound bar for everything, a 20 inch box and instead of muscle-ups I did that jumping thing without the dip, which i’d never even tried until tonight. Finished in 16:15
Having a barbell over my head is kind of scary because I’m sort of convinced in the back on my mind that my arms are going to rip off backwards or i’m going to drop it on my head or my back or something, even though all of that is very unlikely. I guess I’ll just get more comfortable with time?
