My name is Melina, I'm 18 and i've been crossfitting since December of 2011. Since then I've become completely addicted to the lifestyle and community.
My love of food has grown exponentially since I started eating (mostly) paleo (most of the time).

My mom and I are trying out a different gym in the area. It’s closer to where I’ll be going to school in the fall and it’s got some great trainers who we already know. We’re taking a rest day today because the last two days have left us sore as hell and my mom is pretty tuckered out.

And we’re gonna try to make the 8 AM again tomorrow. It’s a good time. Not too early, not too late.
I started a new job this week so I haven’t had much time for anything at all. But I managed to squeeze in a mini wod this morning before my first appointment with a customer.
Warm up:
About a half hour of yoga, focusing mainly on back and hip mobility
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 sit ups
After each set of sit ups, do 7 burpees.
For a home wod that was pretty good and it helped me catch up on the 100 day burpee challenge. Today is 42, and yesterday I only did 10 so I had to add 31 to today to make up for that, but it all ended up working out.
Now if only my brother would get out of the shower because I’m just sweating on my bedroom floor.
