The kettlebell felt light, and the wallball was pretty much the perfect weight. Not soul crushing, but challenging. Good workout.

Except today. Yesterday’s workout was 3x5 Back squat (140) Then 10 rounds for time of 10 push ups 20 sit ups 30 squats Finished in 24:50 I had a pretty emotional weekend, so once I brought a mat out to the back yard for the sit ups I just let go and felt the movements and the rising morning heat. It was a good workout.
