First
push press 5-5-5 (75, 80, 85, 90x2)
Then
30 wallballs
10 kettlebell swings
20 wallball
20 kettlebell
10 wallball
30 kettlebell
Finished in 7:23 with a 15 pound wallball and 35 pound kettlebell. The kettlebell felt light, and the wallball was pretty much the perfect weight. Not soul crushing, but challenging.

Yesterday’s workout was
3x5 Back squat (140)
Then 10 rounds for time of
10 push ups
20 sit ups
30 squats
Finished in 24:50
I had a pretty emotional weekend, so once I brought a mat out to the back yard for the sit ups I just let go and felt the movements and the rising morning heat. It was a good workout.

Me and my partner had to have the trainer help us on the tire flips. The tires that we have are not only (300 lbs) heavy, but sort of wide and the weight is all concentrated on the outside. But he said he wasn’t doing much of the work, so we must have been doing something.
